1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Veronica Licari, Wattstraße 109, 67065 Ludwigshafen am Rhein.

2. Conclusion of contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. You can find details in our cancellation policy.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices quoted include VAT.
Payment can be made by:

  • Klarna
  • Paypal
  • credit card
  • advance payment

5. Delivery and shipping conditions

Delivery is only possible within Germany and the EU with DHL.

  • Standard shipping: 2–4 working days (free in Germany)
  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days (extra charge)

A tracking number will be provided via email.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Liability for defects (warranty)

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Redemption of promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers issued by us as part of promotions can only be redeemed during the specified period and only once per order.

9. Redemption of gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used to purchase products in our online shop. Cash payment is not possible.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships.

11. Alternative dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
