You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us LUMYNA by email (lumynajewelry@gmx.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
